Neurorex AMP Injection is contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to any of the active ingredients or excipients. It should not be used in patients with cobalt or cyanocobalamin allergy. Additionally, it is contraindicated in patients with megaloblastic anemia due to vitamin B12 deficiency without concurrent folate deficiency.
